Agreement
This Cashback/Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") contains terms and
conditions that apply to an individual's or entity's participation in the Simply The Bike.co.uk
Cashback/Affiliate Program ("Program") as managed by Shareasale.com. These
terms and conditions are in addition to any terms and conditions required by
any independent affiliate program management company we may choose to use.
As used in this agreement "We" and "Our" means Simply The Bike.co.uk
and it's subsidiaries and "You" means the affiliate applicant or participating
affiliate. By submitting an application to become an Simply The Bike.co.uk affiliate
you warrant that you have read and understood this agreement in it's entirety
and agree to be bound by said agreement.
Termination
Non-compliance with the Simply The Bike.co.uk Cashback/Affiliate Marketing Policies is cause
for removal from the Simply The Bike.co.uk Cashback/Affiliate program and forfeiture of any
outstanding commissions.
Cashback/Affiliate Marketing Policies
You hereby agree that your website will not in any way copy or resemble the
look and feel of the Simply The Bike.co.uk website nor will use any means to create
the impression that your website is our website or any part of our website including
without limitation framing of our website in any manner or URL manipulation.
Banner, button and text link code provided through Shareasale.com must be used
without modification; altering these graphics and text links is expressly prohibited.
Expressly Prohibited Content and Practices
- Copy or resemble the look and feel of the Simply The Bike.co.uk website.
- Use any means to create the impression that your website is our website
or any part of our website including without limitation framing of our website
in any manner or URL manipulation.
- Use of Simply The Bike.co.uk in the display URL. Affiliates must use their
own web address in the display URL.
- Alteration of banners, buttons or text links provided for use of non-provided links.
- Violation of our Trademarks and/or copyright laws. No images or other
content may be copied from the Simply The Bike.co.uk website without our prior
written consent.
- Discriminatory themes, promotion of violent groups or illegal acts, sexually
explicit sites including pornography and use of explicit language.
- Use of parasite software. Simply The Bike.co.uk does not permit affiliates
to promote using downloadable applications or software that redirects traffic.
- Inappropriate advertisements including false or misleading claims and
links.
- Sending unsolicited spam email.
Commission Determination and Payment
Commissions will be paid at a rate of 6% based the sale amount (less
shipping & taxes) of each valid purchase made by visitors referred from
your website through the provided Cashback/Affiliate banners, buttons or text links.
All sales must be verified valid by Simply The Bike.co.uk and commissions are not
earned on orders that must be canceled for any reason including but not limited
to fraud, denied credit cards, unavailable items, per customer request, etc.
Once a referral is made, commissions are earned on all valid purchases made
by that customer within the subsequent 90-day period. Every month we at Simply The Bike.co.uk
pays earned commissions direct to you provided the balance is greater than £25.00;
otherwise the balance rolls over to the next month until it exceeds £25.00.
Relationship of Parties
Affiliates are operating as independent contractors and nothing in this agreement
will create any partnership, joint venture or other relationship with Simply The Bike.co.uk.
